Dr. Kim Aikens M.D., MBA
Dr. Kim Aikens M.D., MBAMindfulness Trainer/Coach

Dr. Kim Aikens brings over 20 years of medical and business experience to her work as an executive and leadership coach. She helps healthcare providers achieve goals that drive both performance and quality of life such as improving resiliency, enhancing communication skills, managing work life balance, and handling stress with increased confidence and clarity. Her coaching approach is grounded in mindfulness and knowledge of the latest research in neuroscience and cognition.

In addition to her work as an executive coach, Dr. Aikens is the CEO of the Aikens Approach, a corporate mindfulness-training program. Dr. Aikens developed and researched The Aikens Approach curriculum, which was studied at The Dow Chemical Company. Published research showed that participation in The Aikens Approach  program improved employee resiliency, work engagement, and vigor while decreasing stress. Dr. Aikens applies these concepts to her coaching work at Pursuit Health.

Education
Dr. Aikens has completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona in addition to a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and received her professional coaching certification training through the University of Miami.

Charlene Birk MA, PCC

Charlene is a  Professional Certified Coach of high potential individuals, small business owners, and key personnel who want to maximize their self-leadership growth. Her coaching process is focused on maximizing proficiency and achieving goals. She believes that leveraging individual experience, strengths, interests, and ingenuity are essential to business and personal growth.

Charlene is an expert in her field of assessments and has wide access to multiple assessment offerings which include: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation™ (FIRO®), Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®) and California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™), The Strong Interest Inventory® and many more solution based or personnel development assessments.

Education
Charlene earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis on organizational leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She received her professional coaching training from the University of Miami. She is accredited by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. She is also a certified Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator.

Lauren Levanovich
Lauren LevanovichAdventure Specialist

Lauren Levanovich has 10 plus years of wilderness guiding experience. A graduate of The National Outdoor Leadership School Wilderness Leadership program, Lauren has guided a vast range of clients. She has worked for Outward Bound, guiding teens into the Colorado backcountry. Girls from the Seattle YMCA have followed Lauren on treks into Washington State climbing country where they learned to rock climb for the first time. More recently, as a climbing guide in Yosemite National Park, Lauren has guided international clients up the Yosemite big walls such as Half Dome. Personally, Lauren has climbed from Banff, Canada to Patagonia, Chile. She now calls Yosemite home and is frequently found on difficult climbing routes such those up El Capitan.

Education
Lauren has a BA from Bates College in Lewiston Maine. She is a certified rock-climbing guide through The American Mountain Guiding Society.
